Return policy for non-quality issues
1. 30-day free trial: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return and refund. (The return shipping fee must be borne by the buyer)

2. Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If you decide that you need to return or exchange an item, please email us your order number, phone number, and who you are returning to. We will then email you a Return Authorization document containing return instructions. Do not return product before following these steps

3. When and how do I get compensated?
Products properly returned according to these guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a refund to the original method of payment.
